🔬 Active Ingredients
• Ibuprofen 100 mg per 5 mL — NSAID: reduces pain, inflammation, and fever
• Pseudoephedrine HCl 15 mg per 5 mL — Decongestant: relieves nasal and sinus
congestion
✅Indications
Used to relieve symptoms of:
• Common cold & flu (fever, congestion, sore throat)
• Headache, sinusitis, body aches, menstrual cramps, toothache, muscle pain
💊Dosage Guidelines
Age Group Dose
Children 2–5 years ~1 tsp (5 mL) three times daily
Children 5–12 years ~1 tbsp (15 mL) three times daily
Adults (18–65 yrs) 2–3 tbsp (30–45 mL) up to three times
daily
Not recommended under 2 yrs without medical
advice
• Shake well before use
• Use a proper measuring device (cup, spoon, dropper)
• Take with or without food as advised; taking with food reduces stomach discomfort
• Duration: Typically up to 7 days; consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond a week

Common Side Effects
• Stomach upset (nausea, gas, bloating, diarrhea)
• Dizziness, headache, nervousness
• Restlessness or insomnia
• Mild increase in blood pressure, fluid retention
Less Common / Serious Side Effects
• Allergic reactions (rash, swelling, difficulty breathing)
• GI irritation or ulceration (especially with prolonged use)
• Cardiovascular effects (hypertension)
• Kidney or liver strain with extended usage

⚕️Precautions & Drug Interactions
• Do not use if allergic to ibuprofen, pseudoephedrine, or excipients
• Avoid concurrent use with other NSAIDs
• Inform your doctor if you take:
o Lithium, methotrexate, digoxin
o Beta-blockers, diuretics, antihypertensives
o Antidepressants (e.g., MAO inhibitors, SSRIs)
