π― Used For:
Treatment of essential hypertension (high blood pressure) in adults

βοΈ How It Works:
β’ Β Β Valsartan: An angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that reduces vasoconstriction and aldosterone secretion, lowering blood pressure.
β’ Β Β Amlodipine: A calcium channel blocker that inhibits calcium ion influx into vascular smooth muscle and cardiac muscle, causing vasodilation.
β’ Β Β Hydrochlorothiazide (HCT): A thiazide diuretic that promotes sodium and chloride excretion, decreasing plasma volume and blood pressure.
These agents act synergistically to control blood pressure more effectively than individual therapy.
