Description:

Caflam Tablets contain Diclofenac Potassium, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic properties. It is indicated for the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal and joint disorders, as well as other conditions requiring NSAID therapy.

Mechanism of Action:

Diclofenac works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), which are involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins—mediators of inflammation and pain. By decreasing prostaglandin levels, diclofenac reduces inflammation, swelling, pain, and fever.
