How It Works:
 Formoterol Fumarate is a long-acting β2-adrenergic agonist (LABA) that provides
prolonged bronchodilation. It helps prevent wheezing and breathing difficulty in asthma
and COPD.
 Tiotropium Bromide is a long-acting anticholinergic (LAMA) that relaxes airway
smooth muscles by blocking M3 receptors, making it easier to breathe.
Together, they act synergistically to improve lung function and reduce respiratory symptoms.
Dosage:
Contains a fixed combination of:
 Tiotropium Bromide
 Formoterol Fumarate
To be used only as prescribed by a physician.

arrhythmias
Warnings:
1. Not recommended for patients with prostatic hyperplasia due to urinary retention risk.
2. Not intended for the treatment of acute severe asthma or asthma attacks.
3. If used for exercise-induced bronchospasm, it should be administered at least 15 minutes
prior to physical activity.
